As of October 2026 there are three paths: a new account within 30 days of registration with no deposits or trades can back-fill; accounts with under $5,000 in trading volume over the last 90 days can submit a rebind application (and complete $150,000 in valid trading volume within 30 days of applying); accounts registered over 90 days ago that have been completely unused for the last 90 days can use the old-user recall.
